Joy School Graduation

Ashley and Daniel at his Joy School Graduation Ceremony.
All the graduates marched into the room and opened their Joy School window, while we sang the Joy School song, "Daniel won't you stand up and let us see your smile. We're glad you're here today won't you stay awhile."

Father and Sons Campout

Daniel was so excited to go camping with his best friend Jonny. There were only 4 fathers and sons that showed up to our ward campout at our Stake Center's lawn, but the boys had a great time. They didn't know any different and had the time of their lives sleeping in tents with their dads!

Breakfast was served at a member of our Bishopric's house...(not exactly cooking over a campfire!)

New Toy

We've been working on making our little side yard kid friendly. The gate is broken, so the kids can't open it, so we feel like it is a little safe haven for them to play....
The kids love the new sand and water table. They get so messy--but that's what boys love to do!

Birthday Parties

Daniel and his friend Mia had a lot of fun showing off with their new glasses!
Nathan loved the pink glasses he got at one party...

Baseball Practice

Daniel is our little baseball player this season. He has been very excited to go to baseball practice with his mom (and grandma mimi).
Our neighbor has been coaching the boys on how to hit the ball. His son Jonny hit the balls to left field! Daniel is trying to get past home plate! But, he's getting better and better.

Daniel's team is called the Tigers and at this point they are learning to hit the ball and how to run to the bases. It's chaos, but the kids love it. I think if they ever try a formal game, it will be played by the parents, but the kids don't know what's going on!
